Rare? That we know of -- there is not another for sale in the entire USA. Others out there are only in private collections and it looks like those private collectors aren't giving them up very easily by all accounts. If you know of another -- let us know and PLEASE, BY ALL MEANS, correct us. Again, as with our SUPERCHARGED 3RD GEN STICK (in stock and available soon) you might have a better chance of sighting BIGFOOT rather than to see another one of these anytime soon. Still, we've looked high and low and couldn't come up with anything. We are playing with the idea of a road trip to Cali with this beauty -- we need a vacation -- we've sold A LOT OF BEAUTIFUL 3RD GENS THIS SEASON and so a 'working vacation' is just what we need. We thought if we drove this super rare beauty out there we'd have lots of fun and conversation as a result and before we board our one-way flight home from L. A. we'd make one last final stop to Venice Beach in L.A. and just hang out a little while with the top down with a "FOR SALE" sign on it. That should do it. SOLD. POSSIBLY even auction-style -- and quickly, too, so we could catch our flight home on time.

It's a super rare classic, yes. BUT IT'S A SUPER RARE CLASSIC IN SUPERB CONDITION and it's beautiful and it has LOW MILES: ONLY 100,000 MILES. Like-new carpets and seats with no stains, smells, rips, wear. Bare bones stock. Do with it what you like -- build it or just drive it everyday. Drive with the top down (and, we warn you, driving with the top down will cause you to absolutely FALL IN LOVE THIS LITTLE RAV -- so if you are trying to refrain yourself from loving it -- DON'T DRIVE WITH THE TOP DOWN!) on the Beach in Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard (and pay the least fee on Ferry because it's so compact!) or go get pancakes and ski in Vermont without getting stuck.
